Pavel is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of financial and legal technologies, automation of relationships between companies and contractors.

As a recognized IT expert, Pavel has extensive experience in business process automation, strategic planning and operational management. He has participated with Solar Staff at Web Summit twice and regularly shares his ideas at major industry forums, including the Digital Marketing Conference in Cologne and CeBIT in Hannover.

He opened his first business in 2006. The company dealt with Internet law, information regulation and protection of company rights. Seeing the demand for working with remote employees, Pavel founded Solar Staff together with Igor Artemenko, co-founder of SeoPult. In 2014 the company was registered in Limassol (Cyprus).
